✨ DIVINE BEAUTY COVE POLICIES 📱 Business Hours Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Messages sent outside of business hours will be returned during the next business day. 💳 Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. You are allowed to reschedule ONCE with the same deposit if requested 48 hours before scheduled appointment time. Deposits are applied toward your service total. ⏰ Late Arrivals A 9-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late will be considered a cancellation and charged 100% of the booked services to the card on file. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Same-day cancellations/rescheduling (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of booked services. • All cancellations/rescheduling made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of booked services to the card on file. • All deposits and fees are non-refundable. • Failure to pay fees within 24 hours will result in a booking ban. 🚫 No-Show Policy No-shows will result in an immediate ban from future bookings upon the first offense. 💼 Payment Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Cash and credit cards are accepted. 🤍 Guests Please arrive alone unless prior approval has been given. This helps maintain a comfortable and private experience for all clients. Kids are welcome to all appointments , but please alert me prior to appointment time so safety measures can be taken. 📋 Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies. Two (2) policy violations may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the same day as the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service total , this is covered by your nine refundable deposit. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the booked service total, which will be charged to the card on file. All cancellation and rescheduling fees must be paid within 24 hours of the missed appointment. Failure to pay the outstanding balance within 24 hours will result in the client being unable to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Repeated violations may result in a permanent booking restriction. By booking an appointment with Divine Beauty Cove, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all studio policies.
